Our final stop for our Texas Spring was Waco. We are fans of all the HGTV shows so you can’t pass through Texas without a stop to this town and see all the wonders of Jo and Chip. :)  We enjoyed a magnificent breakfast at the Magnolia Table. Seriously some of the best breakfast, coffee, atmosphere and service we have had. The style and brand of Jo is so kind, warming and calming. I would love to have her design a home for me someday. We also spent a day at the Silos. Pretty cool spot with lots of shops, food and drink to enjoy. During this venture we came across the Dr. Pepper museum which was pretty cool to see. We also drove by the Magnolia mansion. The other staple you cannot pass up while in Texas is Rudy’s breakfast tacos. We were over the moon to enjoy these again while here. They are seriously the best breakfast tacos around. What was extra special while in the area was being able to head up to Dallas as see our niece Ariah who was finishing up her senior year of high school (oh and her 2 year degree) in a just a couple months. It seems like just yesterday she was a little girl in her flowered sun dress in our wedding with all the nieces and nephews and now she is all grown up and looking to change the world. The Spring weather continued and we had some fun flooding in the park we stayed at, but all was safe and sound with our rig. We also ventured onto campus in Waco to check out a cool bar for some pizza. Super yummy. It was a great stop and a great little town to check out when passing through the area. Could make for a fun girl’s weekend for sure.
