Missouri: Our First Harvest Host Stay & A Taste of the Heartland 🚜🍖🍦

Our time in Missouri was special—it marked our very first stay at a Harvest Host!

What’s a Harvest Host? 🤔🏕️

For those who aren’t familiar, Harvest Host is a program where businesses, farms, wineries, and even private homeowners open up their properties for RV travelers to stay overnight. Typically, it’s just for a single night and often free or very low cost, though there are no hookups. But honestly? It’s an amazing way to experience unique locations while on the road.

Farm Views & Small-Town Eats 🌾🌅

Our first Harvest Host stay was on a beautiful property in the middle of farmland. The views were simply stunning—those endless fields and rolling hills made for the most peaceful sunset. The pictures we took? They don’t even come close to capturing the magic.

And, of course, we couldn’t pass up some good old-fashioned BBQ and a stop at the local ice cream shop—because, priorities. 🍖🍨 Small-town charm at its finest!
